Adhesive Application
Proven two part adhesives are consistently sprayed on all parts which will be activated by heat in the next step.

Thermofoil Application
High-pressure vacuum membrane pressing bonds the thermofoil to the MDF core, creating a seamless, durable finish.

Quality Control & Finishing
Each door undergoes rigorous inspection, hinge boring if needed, and final quality checks before shipping.
